We had a perfect day today at the Milwaukee Zoo! Our youngest son absolutely loved it and was amazed at all the animals he had never seen before! This is a wonderful place to enjoy a family outing and it was very educational. All the animals are very well cared for and have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable life there! We would highly recommend visiting and supporting this zoo. They have many endangered species and it is great to see they are protecting them from poaching in the wild by being in a well cared for environment at this zoo!

I really like the fact that a lot of exhibits are indoors. There aquarium is better than some "aquarium only" places. There are a lot of Zookeepers around around around around answer questions, and offer further knowledge on animals your around. The grounds were clean. The 4 stars is for the amount of zoo vehicles driving around...or it would be a 5. I will definitely come back again

Wow. The size of this zoo along with the overall feel of it are awesome. The zoo is well kept even though it's over 100 years old, which is very impressive. The small mammal building was very smelly (thanks bats), so if you're put off by strong smells, steer clear. The train and carousel were lots of fun and my toddlers loved them.

Recently moved to Milwaukee and bought a family pass for the zoo. We love it because it's not too far away and can pop in anytime for a few hours with our five kids. Split the price of the pass with my mom who also lives in Milwaukee to keep cost down and now either of us can take the kids! Animals look good and even in March the bigger animals were out and about. Not too crowded, even on family free day. Would recommend a stroller though if you have toddlers or babies it's a fair amount of walking. Looking forward to returning in the summer months.

A great place to visit with the entire family. Great exhibits where the animals live. Very clean zoo, easy to find all the animals. Wide variety to see from the large African animals to the local farm animals and domesticated animals. A great gift shop to remember your visit. Open seven days a week. Highly suggest a visit.
