The Baraboo Farmers' Market gives consumers direct access to local farmers, growers and producers, thereby supporting local food production, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and healthful eating habits, as well as serving as a community gathering place.

Established in the late 1980's, the Baraboo Farmers' Market is sponsored by the Baraboo Business Improvement District (BID) and is regulated by City of Baraboo ordinance.
