We are all a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day and if you're like us, you prepare for St. Patrick's day all year long through a rigorous training plan, continual practice, and self sacrifice. We also run a bit so we're prepared for the Shake Your Shamrocks 5K, 10K run and 2K walk. Shake Your Shamrocks 5K, 10K run & 2K walk is part of the Wisconsin Chilly Willy Run Series.
