Merry-Time Festival of Trees

Joyously celebrate the holidays by enjoying dozens of beautifully decorated trees and decorative displays in the museum.

Fantastically decorated by local businesses, organizations and residents, each of these extraordinary trees is adorned with beautiful ornaments and special surprises. Best of all, every tree will go home with a lucky winner in our Merry-Time Festival of Trees raffle!

Trees and decorations will remain at the museum until December 31, so they may be enjoyed by all visitors through the holidays.

Museum admission of $15 for adults includes a free Merry-Time Festival of Trees raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets are $5 each or 6 for $25.

All children 17 and younger accompanied by an adult receive FREE admission to the Museum every Sunday during the festival.

The Merry-time Festival of Trees, showcasing displays adorned by local businesses and organizations, opens Saturday, November 11. Santa will arrive on a US Coast Guard vessel at 10am. Kids of all ages are invited for holiday activities and visits with Santa – so bring your wish list! Kick off the holiday season at the Door County Maritime Museum in Sturgeon Bay!

Celebrate at the Door County Maritime Museum during the Merry-Time Festival of Trees Jingle Mixer on Tuesday, December 12. Explore fabulous trees, wreaths and holiday displays twinkling around the Museum.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, spirited hot beverage bars, live music, silent and live auctions! Wear your best Holiday Attire.

There will be prizes for the most festively dressed! The raffle winners for the trees, wreaths and decorations on display will be drawn during the Jingle Mixer!
